Soul Shine Yoga
Soul Shine Yoga is a unique style of Yoga based on proper alignment and anatomically logical and progressive sequencing. It is best practiced in a hot, or at least warm environment. We have two basic modalities, Hatha Yoga and its variations of Vinyasa and our unique Anuttara Raja Yoga. We believe that both need to be practiced for optimum benefits.

Beginner or advanced, hot or not, physically challenging or meditatively restorative – Anuttara has what you are looking for!
Anuttara Hatha-to-Raja Yoga. Practiced in a hot room for safety, the class starts with traditional Hatha or Muscularly Forceful Yoga and ends in the passive disengagement of Raja Yoga. The best of both in one class. All levels.
A vigorous form of Hatha Yoga that flows through the Sun Salutations. This dance-like practice is cardiovascular and graceful. We move the body into a Pose, Counterpose and Repose, representing the three qualities of Nature so as to safely access the body and all systems. We do a set of sequences and “Echo” (Visarga) in the subsequent sequence. All levels.
This class begins with Hatha, the yoga of engagement, then gently transforms into Anuttara Raja, the yoga of disengagement. You will leave feeling energized and completely de-stressed. Suitable for all levels.
