At anuttara, we set the bar high. We believe the more highly trained the teacher, the better. We offer our 200-hour graduates 50 percent off all future trainings, making it extremely affordable to earn your full 500-hour certification.
Teacher training candidates have the opportunity to enjoy an optional all-inclusive 3-day weekend at the beautiful lakeside Anuttara Retreat Center in Ocala National Forest. Morning paddleboard meditations, suspension yoga, outdoor practice and fresh-air study among the trees, nightly bonfires and meals prepared by Vegan chefs. You will not get this anywhere else!
Anuttara 200-hour graduates receive a permanent 50 percent discount on all class packages and future teacher training courses at the Shala.
Anuttara provides a dedicated donations-based class in prime time slots (2:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays) for graduates to have an opportunity to teach.

Deposits are nonrefundable. Refunds on tuition payments are prorated (minus deposit) and anything remaining can be applied to Anuttara class packages.
Tuition includes all study materials, unlimited yoga classes at the Shala during training and an all-inclusive weekend retreat in Ocala National Forest.

Tuition must be paid in full by graduation or students will not graduate and receive certification. Students with excessive absences or who cannot pass required exams will not graduate.

Anuttara Advanced Vinyasa Yoga 100-Hour Teacher Training

We meet every weekend. Saturdays and Sundays from 3:30 pm till 9:00 pm. Trainees have to do at least four Anuttara Yoga classes of any style weekly.
Candidates must have a strong Vinyasa practice and be free of any injuries. Must have met all course requirements and payments for graduation.
Exceptionally talented graduates may be asked to teach or substitute classes at our school.

Anuttara Raja Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training
Sunday, february 7 – sunday, april 18, 2021.
PART 1: PHILOSOPHY – Feb. 7 – March 13, 2021
This course centers on the study of the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali — the essence of Raja, or Classical, Yoga.
In Part 1, students learn Sanskrit basics, psychology and philosophy that are the foundation of Anuttara Raja Yoga. We will break down each Sutra, word by word, and delve into its meaning.
Graduates of the Philosophy component can elect to take a 200 Hour Certificate or continue to Part II.
PART 2: METHODOLOGY AND PRACTICE – March 14 – April 18, 2021
Learn the Anuttara Raja Flows and the deeper meaning behind each pose. There is a strong focus on anatomical structures and how they interact with natural forces.
Candidates must be of sound mind and body. We meet every weekend. Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Trainees have to do at least four Anuttara Yoga Raja classes weekly with Yogacarya. Must have met all course requirements and financial requirements for graduation.
Please take an Anuttara Raja class. There is nothing like it anywhere!
Anuttara Advanced Vinyasa Yoga 100-Hour Teacher Training
Sunday, october 11 – sunday, december 13, 2020.
Come and learn how to share your passion for Yoga as a very well trained and educated Teacher of The Sacred Science.
Candidates must have at least six months of consistent practice. They must be at least 18 years of age and they must hold at least a high school diploma. Tertiary education is very helpful.
Anuttara Yoga campus in Delray Beach. Also a weekend intensive at our lakeside retreat in the Ocala National Forest is included.
Candidates must take at least four classes weekly. We meet for lectures on weekends. Saturdays from 3:30 pm till 9:30 pm. Sundays from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Trainees have to do at least four Anuttara Yoga classes of any style weekly.
