This class begins with Hatha yoga then gently transforms into Raja yoga. You will learn how to practice foundational Hatha Yoga postures with integrity and proper alignment, guided with detailed instruction. Transitioning into Raja yoga where you will be able to fully decompress the body/mind and melt into your yoga mat. You will leave feeling reenergized and completely de-stressed.
Learn how to still your mind. Practice mindfulness through different meditation and breathing techniques in order to train attention, awareness, and focused clarity. Learn to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.
